Rent plus service charges: payable monthly in advance (including weekly cleaning, gardener, Starlink internet, electricity and water)
Start / Termination: from the 1st of each month / at the end of each month

Deposit: 3 months’ rent payable in advance

Facilities: The house and the rooms are let fully furnished and equipped with everything you need (such as crockery, glasses, a washing machine and tumble dryer, etc.)
Tenancy period: Minimum tenancy period of 1 month / Maximum tenancy period of 9 months

Pets: Permitted by arrangement (please observe the house rules).
